I don’t understand how property taxes work, when are they due? You will always want to ask your Realtor or
Lender how much your annual property taxes are going to be. Typically
they will equate
to about 1.1% of the sales price of the home. This can vary from
area to area however and you should always check with the County
Tax Assessor if you are unsure. |
