How can I coordinate my move with the purchase of my next home?

While this aspect of the transaction can seem stressful and confusing, there is a correct way to do this. There are lots of details and coordination here that your agent must attend to to help insure a 'trouble-free' transaction for you. All too often, things can "slip through the crack" at this point creating HUGE amounts of stress and problems. There is the potential for delayed moves, packed moving trucks that are parked for days/weeks with all of your belongings, extened stays in hotels, seperation of family, double moves, and more.

I have personally coordinated as many as nine "back to back" moves on several occassions-smoothly and efficiently. Choose your agent wisely!!
